Booking Policy

Availability is guaranteed once we confirm your booking, usually by email. We will endeavour to notify you of availability and pricing within 24 hours of our receiving your enquiry.

We don't usually require credit card information at the time of your reservation. Rather, we rely on our agreement with each other, and all we ask is that if your plans should change after we have confirmed your booking, you let us know as soon as possible so that we can have the maximum opportunity to re-let the room.

Check in/out - Especially in our busy summer season, rooms are available for check in from 12 noon and check out time is 10am. Late check out/early check in will be cheerfully accommodated subject to availability and other confirmed bookings.

Pets are allowed by arrangement or necessity (e.g.Guide Dogs). Whilst our preference is to avoid pets, we are usually understanding, and will try to accommodate your special needs.
